What's your MOQ? Can I place small orders?

We have ready stock of our original IP plush items with a minimum order quantity of only 60 pieces.

For OEM customized products, the standard MOQ is 1000 pieces. We accept negotiated small trial orders for new designs.

Can you customize plush toys based on my drawings & original IP?

We provide full-process OEM & ODM services with one-on-one dedicated designer support. We can develop patterns and produce samples according to your sketches, 3D renderings or character images. Over 120 self-owned original IPs are also available for licensing cooperation.

How long does sampling take? Do we need to pay sample fee?

Samples of ordinary styles will be ready within 5 to 10 working days.

Sample fees are charged based on different styles and will be fully refunded once mass production orders are placed.

What’s your mass production lead time? Do you inspect goods before shipment?

The production lead time for regular orders is 10–15 working days.

We implement three-stage full-process quality inspection: fabric cutting inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product full inspection. Quality inspection reports are available upon request.

Are your plush toys safe for export to EU/US? Do you have relevant certificates?

All fabrics and stuffing materials have passed safety tests. We hold more than 20 international certifications including CE and EU standards. Full sets of qualification documents can be provided for customs clearance.
